Hello!

My name is Rachel Baas! 

I started Equinox Pastries and Pops LLC as a hobby, making treats for friends and family. As 2019 began, I made it a goal to start this business officially and sell for the greater Grand Rapids Area as a whole! 

I graduated from Secchia Institute of Culinary Education Spring 2019 with my Associates in Culinary Arts with a Baking and Pastry Arts focus and am continuing my education in Hospitality Management at Ferris State University! I love business school and implementing all I am learning into the growth of Equinox Pastries and Pops!

I am excited to bake for your events and celebrations!

about Equinox Pastries & Pops

Equinox Pastries and Pops offers custom cake pops, cookies, cakes, pastries and other desserts for any event, celebration and weddings! They can be all individually packaged and labeled as needed.

I operate Equinox Pastries and Pops out of my home kitchen under Michigan's Cottage Food Laws. Details of these food laws can be found on Michigan.gov

I rent licenced kitchen space as needed based on order size. If your wedding/event venue requires any food to be made in a licenced facility, I am more than happy to rent that kitchen space for your order!
