Custom Order Inquiries

Custom Orders are available for pick-up and delivery in the Greater Grand Rapids Area. Please view the availability calendar tab before completing this form and ensure the pick-up date you desire is available. 

Once form has been submitted, I will contact you via email confirming availability, and then to run down the details of the order and payment. I am currently only taking orders via this form. Any inquiries made via messenger applications will be redirected here.

All Cake Pricing is dependent on the requested design, size of cake, flavor/fillings, etc. Please fill out a custom order inquiry form to get a quote for any Celebration or Wedding Cake!

Payment Policy and Deposits

Payment is accepted in the forms of cash, Venmo or Invoice only. Invoices to the email provided in the inquiry form will be the default payment option.  

The following deposits will be required at the time of booking:

> Orders less than $100 = $20 deposit

> Orders over $100 = $50 deposit

This must be paid within 24 hours of booking to hold the date in my books. No deposit will result in no order. The remainder of your order's total payment will be due 3 days before the pick-up or delivery date. No changes can be made to your order once the final payment is made. 

Deposits are non-refundable. If you pay your deposit and need to cancel your order within 72 hours, your deposit will be held as shop credit. After 30 days, the deposit will be forfeited. 

Once order has been paid in full and picked-up, we do not offer refunds. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our pickup location and refunds are not made for improper handling or storage or creative/design differences.  Please prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the product. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake and/or packaged cake pops or cookies, but please note that desserts are very fragile and break easily. Drive carefully and slowly!

All partial refunds are made via discretion of Equinox Pastries and Pops LLC on a case by case basis if there is something major wrong with the order.  

Rush Order Fees

Any order placed less than 2 weeks in advance will be subject to a $20 rush charge. This charge covers the extra schedule changes and time needed to make rush orders work! Availability for orders in this time frame is not guaranteed, so please place orders as far in advance as possible!


Delivery may be available on your pickup date. Please ask us for availability before planning on a delivery as I work a second job with my business!

Delivery will be a flat rate of $45 within 20 miles of our address. Delivery outside of the 20 mile radius will be an additional $1 per mile, round trip, on top of the $45 flat rate. 

Delivery will include all set up as needed. Any table or dessert displays must be set up and ready for your delivery! If you are providing florals or toppers on the desserts, please communicate this with us and have them available in the delivery area!
